 Love ACL, but wish the weather was even hotter? Well then Free Press Summerfest is for you. Houston brings us this festival in the dead of summer, with a lineup even hotter than the weather. Filled with a hefty amount of local and nation-wide acts, this two-day event takes place this weekend. Tickets are still on-sale online and locations in Austin and Houston (including Urban Outfitters and BC Smoke Shop) with prices significantly lower than ACL. Not only does the festival provide a wide range of entertaining music, Free Press is equally green, earning our approval. The festival strongly encourages attendees to ride their bikes to the park and their partnership with Little Joy Recycling and the Texas Campaign for the Environment ensures for festival efficiency.
