Adventures of the Green Reefer & LighterMate

Josh Boulet is an American cartoonist who directs his creative attention towards politics, social commentary and horror graphic novels, to name a few. He also publishes a monthly comic strip, The Green Reefer, in Nug Magazine, which follows the adventures of a pot-smoking superhero from Texas.
